Q1.Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100sets.
Q3.How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days after order confirmation. If in a big quantity,it will take around 30days.
Q4.Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: 1.Yes, we welcome the sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2.We could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q5. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7. Do you test all you goods before delivery?
